Starting any training program with Gymorfos is very simple, you must previously carry out the test. Once the test is done, you must confirm the data to subscribe, Gy (the virtual manager) will take between 3 to 5 minutes to analyze your test, award your training program and authorize your user in the system.

Yes, Gymorfos recommends the use of recommended equipment to optimize the result. If you don't have it complete, Gymorfos will help you make the best use of your gear.

Minimum age 15, maximum age 60. Those under 18 years of age will be followed up and recommended in the use of equipment

You only need a device (cell phone, table, or computer) an internet connection.  Gymorfos does not install and does not occupy space on your device
